Arc provides debt capital to fund loan products, business models and assets that have been created by technology but lack access to credit from traditional financial institutions. We began working with fintech lending platforms, but will provide debt capital to a wide range of companies, including consumer and B2B software startups, cannabis-related businesses and micro-cap technology-focused private equity firms.

We work with both venture-funded and bootstrapped companies, but are usually most active at the early-stage (Seed / Series A).

Our typical deal is a $2-10M senior secured revolving credit facility or term loan with a commitment period / term of 2-3 years. We directly originate or fund the origination of corporate debt, small business loans, secured and unsecured consumer loans, equipment leases, receivables factoring and esoteric asset-based loans.
